Privacy Policy
- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data obtained through the Ecosolv.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.
- The owner of the Website and the Data Controller is Ecosolv Marcin Kępiński, NIP: 9561901024, 05-502 Gołków, Gołków, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
- Personal data collected by the Controller via the Website are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
- The Controller takes special care to respect the privacy of Customers visiting the Website.
§ 1 Types of processed data, purposes and legal basis
- The Controller collects information concerning natural persons performing legal acts not directly related to their business activity, natural persons conducting business activity in their own name, and natural persons representing legal entities or organizational units with legal capacity, hereinafter collectively referred to as Customers.
- The Controller processes Customers’ personal data in connection with the use of the contact form on the Website to the extent necessary to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into a contract – legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- When using the contact form, the Customer provides the following data:

phone number - When using the Website, additional information may be collected, in particular: IP address assigned to the Customer’s computer or external IP of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type. Navigation data may also be collected, including information about links clicked or other actions taken on the Website for service-related, technical, administrative, analytical and statistical purposes – legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).
§ 2 Data recipients
- Customers’ personal data are shared with service providers used by the Controller in operating the Website. Depending on contractual arrangements, these providers either act on behalf of the Controller or independently determine purposes and methods of processing.
1.1. Processors – entities processing data solely on behalf of the Controller (e.g. hosting providers, accounting services, marketing systems, traffic analysis tools).
1.2. Controllers – entities independently determining purposes and methods of processing (e.g. payment and banking service providers).
- Location – service providers are mainly based in Poland and other European Economic Area (EEA) countries.
- Upon request, the Controller provides personal data to authorized public authorities (e.g. прокуратура, police, supervisory authorities).
§ 3 Data retention period
- Personal data are stored:
1.1. If based on consent – until consent is withdrawn and then for the limitation period of claims (generally 6 years, or 3 years for periodic claims and business-related claims).
1.2. If based on contract – for the duration necessary to perform the contract and thereafter for the limitation period.
§ 4 Cookies and IP address
- The Website uses cookies stored on the user’s device if allowed by the browser. Cookies contain domain name, expiration time and a unique identifier.
- Types of cookies:
2.1. Session cookies – deleted after the session ends.
2.2. Persistent cookies – stored until deleted or expired. - Own cookies are used for analytics and statistics to improve Website functionality.
- External cookies are used for services such as maps (e.g. Google Maps).
- Cookies are safe and do not introduce viruses or malicious software. Users may limit or disable cookies in their browser.
- The Controller may collect IP addresses for technical, statistical, administrative and security purposes.
§ 5 Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right to:
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Object to data processing.
- Request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Request restriction of processing.
- Access their data and obtain a copy.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- The Controller responds to requests without undue delay, no later than within one month (extendable by two months if necessary).
- Customers may submit complaints, inquiries and requests regarding personal data processing.
§ 6 Changes to the Privacy Policy
- The Privacy Policy may be amended without prior notice.
